My name is Kendall, a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2019. I dabbled here and there prior to that, but it wasn't until I found teachers for whom I developed a deep respect that I began to deepen the respect for my personal practice. I have a desire to share yoga with everyone, especially those who don't think they can "do" yoga. I want to show others that more than the (very important) movement aspect, yoga is a multi-faceted *practice* that you can apply to every moment of every day - from the mundane to the frustrating to the exciting. Yoga has taught me so much about myself and my wish is for everyone to recognize that the journey home to yourself can be as fun as it is enlightening.
